DEAR SANTASAURUS Blog Tour - Sooooo Easy Macaroons

  Today, let's get crafty!

This macaroon recipe is from Gram. I don't think I've ever made a cookie with fewer ingredients. I love these cookies drizzled with chocolate.

Sooooo Easy Macaroon

Ingredients:

2 2/3 C coconut flakes
2/3 C condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla








Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
3. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto a NON-STICK FOIL lined cookie sheet.
4. Bake 8-10 minutes.

Hints and Help:
These are sticky cookies. Be sure to use non-stick foil in your baking.
Gram likes to add a maraschino cherry and drizzle with chocolate.
I usually double this recipe because they are so yum.
